Tech Support.Farm offers clients a full-service computer lab. Our technicians are fully capable of diagnosing your computer problems and getting your staff back to work quickly. Field service technicians are also available to make repairs at your office or on the jobsite. We are dedicated to offering excellent professional service to all our clients.

Computers: 

We can troubleshoot the problem and find a solution to get things working as they should. Installation of an internal PC component or external peripheral, such as RAM Memory, graphics card, hard drive, optical drive, printer, power supply, or other items.

Printers:

General printer maintenance, jams, consumable and mechanical parts replacement available. It is important to remember that many printers are not manufactured to be repaired and often it may be more cost effective to replace the unit. Your service tech will thoroughly explain all your options prior to taking any actions.

Virus, Spyware, and Ransomware: 

We can get your computer up and running again by removing viruses, malware, spyware, and rootkits.

How much do computer repairs cost?

Computer repairs are time and materials.

Managed IT Subscribers – $49.00hr offsite (Remote Access)

Managed IT Subscribers – $99.00hr onsite (Client Location)

Standard Clients – $99.00hr onsite (Flat Rate)

Mileage – $5.00 minimum, $1.25per mile after 10 miles

HOW DOES MANAGED IT SERVICES WORK?

As an MSP (Managed Services Provider) we offer a monthly service contract including full maintenance, cyber security, and disaster recovery features. An additional IT Helpdesk option is available for clients whose employees need more individualized assistance. We calculate monthly fees by the number of serviceable endpoints on each client’s network.

What about new installations and upgrading equipment?

SBSC will always repair equipment and we are happy to help clients upgrade their technology. We quote and bill all projects and repairs separately from any existing service contract.
